Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end aluminium extrusion operations from billet preparation to aging.
Operate and optimize a 1400-ton extrusion press for 6005 & 6063 alloys.
Manage billet heating, die/tooling, extrusion, downstream operations and aging.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and solar-grade quality standards.
Troubleshoot extrusion defects and improve OEE, yield and scrap.
Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean, SOPs and process improvements.
Lead RCA/CAPA, PPAP and customer quality requirements.
Build, train and manage the extrusion production team.
Support plant commissioning and establish secure production processes.
Preferred Profile: Robust hands-on experience in aluminium extrusion operations, preferably in solar frame/profile manufacturing.
