This role will be responsible for driving architecture decisions, ensuring engineering excellence, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable and secure digital solutions.

We are seeking a highly experienced IT skilled with experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale Mobile Applications, Web Applications, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical leadership capabilities along with proven experience in managing engineering teams, stakeholder communication, delivery management, and people development.

12+ Years of experience
Minimum 5+ years in managing projects, teams, and delivery
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
Experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional team
Project management and delivery ownership
Team handling and stakeholder management
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Production support and release management

Mobile Technologies
Native Android (Java/Kotlin)

Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
