Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Parts Executive Oil Business with robust hands-on experience in the Oil Business / Automotive Parts industry. The role will be responsible for managing parts operations, MIS, inventory planning, supplier coordination, sales tracking and daily dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage MIS activities related to Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, CAME and Sourcing.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, transporters and sub-vendors for smooth business operations.
Handle inventory planning, indent management and daily dispatches.
Prepare and review daily PDC.
Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Warehouse, R&D;, Quality and International Business.
Plan and coordinate marketing materials, including design, production and execution.
Track and follow up on business development projects.




Monitor operational activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Prepare and maintain operational reports using SAP and MS Office/Excel.
Support process coordination and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in Oil Business Mandatory.
Experience in Automotive Parts / Spare Parts / Parts Operations.
Strong experience in Supplier/Vendor Management.
Experience in Inventory Planning, Indent Management and Dispatch Operations.
Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office/Excel.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
