Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and experience.
5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience and 1 + years of exposure / experience with Salesforce SPIFF
Knowledge of business and financial processes/metrics for use in driving key performance indicators.
Familiarity with O365 tools and applications like Sharepoint, Excel
Familiarity with integration PaaS tools like Workato.
Additional Qualifications:
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with Sales Incentive Applications such as SPIFF
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
