Role & responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in BSW / Base Software / Platform Software development for Automotive ECUs.
Extensive development experience in Classic AUTOSAR BSW architecture and Embedded C.
Strong expertise in developing, configuring, integrating and debugging AUTOSAR BSW modules.
Proficiency in Embedded C and microcontrollers S32K / Renesas RH850 is mandatory.
Hands-on development experience in CAN, UDS/Diagnostics, DEM, NvM, MPU, Reset Manager, Custom Scheduler and Protected OS.
Experience in Fault Handler, EOL and EDR module development.
Hands-on experience in Bootloader integration and ECU software integration.
Robust knowledge of CAN, LIN, SAE J1939, SPI and Quad SPI communication protocols.
Experience in debugging,



root-cause analysis and issue resolution using embedded development/debugging tools, oscilloscopes and waveform generators.
Strong understanding of AUTOSAR, MISRA, ASPICE and Agile development methodologies.
Good working knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO 21434 Automotive Cybersecurity.
Ability to understand and analyse customer requirements, software requirements and technical specifications and translate them into software solutions.
Solid collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing technical discussions.
