Seller Business Development Associate (BDA) Field Sales

About the Role

We are looking for Seller Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our field sales team. The role involves engaging with property owners and customers, conducting property visits, showcasing properties, and supporting successful property transactions.

The role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, sales-oriented, confident in customer interactions, and comfortable working in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Meet property owners and customers to facilitate property sales, rentals, and leases.
Conduct property visits and accompany customers during site visits.
Explain property features, pricing, and NoBroker services to customers.
Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
Negotiate with buyers and sellers to support successful deal closures.
Onboard property owners and explain relevant NoBroker services and premium subscriptions.
Visit commercial properties to collect owner details and introduce NoBroker services.
Upload property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.
Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Eligibility
Education: Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Smart Freshers / Up to 2 years of Field Sales experience.
Candidates should have a robust interest in Sales and Business Development.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements
Own Bike with a valid Driving Licence.
Smartphone.
Comfortable communicating in English + one regional language:
