Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and skilled networks.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with Principals, Regional Heads, and Hiring Managers.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Academic & Non-Academic Hiring
Recruit for various positions including:
Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle School and Senior Secondary Teachers
Coordinators and Academic Leaders
Counsellors and Special Educators
Administrative Staff
IT, Accounts, Transport and Operations Staff
Support Staff as assigned
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate regularly with Principals and School HR representatives regarding staffing requirements.
Provide recruitment status updates and hiring reports.
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding
Coordinate with universities, colleges and teacher training institutes across Gujarat.
Organize campus placement drives, walk-in interviews and recruitment events.
Represent the organization during career fairs and recruitment campaigns.
Promote the employer brand to attract quality talent.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Ensure complete documentation before offer generation.
Update recruitment trackers and HRMS on a regular basis.
Generate recruitment MIS reports and analytics.
Maintain compliance with organizational recruitment policies and processes.
Candidate Experience
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate smooth interview scheduling and joining formalities.
