As a Senior Accounts Officer in the Finance & Accounting domain, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying supporting documents and obtaining necessary approvals.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and payment terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, including vendor details, invoices, and payments.
Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports by providing relevant data and analysis.
