About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who is deeply plugged into the Malayalam creator ecosystem.
You will be responsible for discovering the right creators, building relationships and managing partnerships from first outreach to final delivery.
What You Will Own
• Discover and shortlist Malayalam creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
• Identify creators across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, comedy and other categories
• Reach out, pitch and build relationships with creators
• Negotiate rates and close collaborations
• Manage briefs, timelines, revisions and final content delivery
• Coordinate invoices and payments
• Build and maintain a strong network of Malayalam creators
What We Are Looking For
• Solid understanding of the Malayalam creator landscape
• Excellent spoken and written Malayalam and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Naturally curious about creators and content
• Highly organised with solid follow-up skills
• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership
• Prior influencer marketing or partnerships experience is a plus
