Job Description
1. Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
n2. Develop and maintain financial models to project business performance.
n3. Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
n4. Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends; identify key performance drivers.
n5. Support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
n6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.) to understand
nbusiness dynamics.
n7. Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
n8. Enhance FP&A; tools, systems, and processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
n9. Automate and streamline financial reporting where possible.
n10. Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for management
n11. Support business units with ad hoc financial analysis requests
nEducational Qualification: Charted Accountant / MBA (finance)
nExperience: 4 + years experience in Financial Analysis with overall 5-6 years post qualification.
