nOrios is looking for a Manager - Legal compliance to join our team in Mumbai. If you have experience in venture capital, private equity, AIFs, or financial services and enjoy working on investments, fund documentation, and regulatory compliance, we'd love to hear from you.
nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- LLB is mandatory; Company Secretary (CS) is preferredn
- 6 -10 years of legal experience, with 2-3 years in a Venture Capital Fund, AIF, Private Equity, or similar investment platform preferredn
- Solid understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, RBI/FEMA, Corporate Law, Securities Law, and Contract Lawn
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentsn
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentn
