Lead AI Scientist: 4+ years of core AI/ML experience Principal AI Scientist: 6+ years of core AI/ML experience What You Will Do:
Architect, build, and deploy AI Agents, Gen AI features, and real-time decisioning engines from conception to production. Drive intelligent features across digital banking platforms, including fraud detection, smart personalization, and conversational assistants. Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines on GCP,



serving high-throughput APIs (Rapid API) backed by vector databases. Implement Open Banking use cases through data aggregation, third-party AI integrations, and predictive analytics. Uphold strict standards for model governance, explainability, and responsible AI. What We Are Looking For:
Proven track record building autonomous agents, prompt frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs/Transformers, and deep learning architectures. Solid software engineering in Python paired with production deployment experience. Background in GCP, Rapid API, Vector Databases, and enterprise CI/CD MLOps. Prior experience in Saa S, Fin Tech, or banking platforms is strongly preferred.
