Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer role is a full-time position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical guidance to customers on bearings, tools, and related industrial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer visits,



preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support. The Senior Sales Engineer will analyze customer needs, recommend suitable products, resolve technical issues, and contribute to sales strategies and forecasts. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems and participating in product trainings and market development activities.
