Role Description
We are looking for a passionate, confident, and growth-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time on-site role at our Kalyan office. The selected candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, business expansion, and strategic communication.
The role involves identifying potential clients, approaching businesses, understanding their requirements, presenting company services professionally, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. Candidates will also coordinate with internal creative, marketing,



and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
Generating leads through calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, social media, and direct outreach
Building solid relationships with clients and maintaining professional communication
Understanding client business models and proposing suitable digital solutions
Conducting presentations, meetings, and service discussions
Identifying current business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships
Managing follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarding processes
Maintaining client satisfaction and supporting long-term retention
