Role Description The DOOR-TO-DOOR FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE is a full time, on-site role based in Datia. This position involves visiting residential and commercial areas to introduce Flare Solartech Solutions, generate leads, and explain product advantages and government subsidies. The executive will engage directly with prospective customers, conduct basic needs assessments,



and collect contact information for follow-up by the sales team. Daily responsibilities include planning and covering assigned territories, distributing marketing materials, recording interactions in a structured manner, and reporting field activity and performance to supervisors. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, support local campaigns, and represent the brand professionally in the field.
