We are looking for an experienced BDM with a robust track record in Staffing / Recruitment / IT Services to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India & US markets.
Key Requirements:
Robust experience in acquiring Indian & US staffing clients
Proven sales & revenue achievement
Experience with IT/Non-IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, or Workforce Solutions
Robust client network & business development skills
Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire) is a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
