Job Description:

across the globe.

Stantec is looking for Revit MEP modeler and detailing designer with expertise
in Revit MEP buildings applications to be based in the Pune, India office.

The Revit MEP Designer role conducts and supports the delivery of complete
mechanical designs for HVAC system across projects in Residential, Commercial,
Highrise buildings and Health Care facilities.

The successful candidate will be keen and encouraged to develop design skills in
their chosen MEP field to contribute to overall project designs. This will
include becoming familiar with Standards relevant to the project location (e.g.,
Middle East, Australian, British and American Standards).

Responsibilities:
Develop 3D BIM models for HVAC systems in Autodesk Revit in line with LOD
300–400 requirements
Prepare general arrangement drawings, layouts,



sections, elevations, and
schematics
Execute assigned modeling and drafting tasks in accordance with project
requirements and design intent
Support clash detection and coordination by identifying and reporting issues
using Navisworks/ACC
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to support
integrated project delivery
Generate quantity take-offs (QTO), schedules, and basic BOQs from BIM
models
Assist in the creation and modification of Revit families as required
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, QA/QC processes, and client
requirements
Work within ACC/BIM 360 for model coordination and document management
Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews
Provide regular updates on assigned tasks to project leads
