Role Description The TPM / Business Excellence / OPEX Senior Engineer is a full time, in office role based at SMAL’s Visakhapatnam facility.



This position is responsible for driving TPM implementation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing units. Day-to-day activities include analyzing process performance, facilitating Kaizen and improvement projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking benefits from TPM and OPEX programs. The role also involves developing and standardizing best practices, conducting training and workshops on TPM tools, and supporting ISO and safety management system compliance. The Senior Engineer will collaborate closely with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in line with SMAL’s world-class manufacturing goals.
