About the Role

CEECO International is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance and financial reporting requirements of the company.

The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, managing receivables and payables, statutory filings, preparing financial statements and providing management with timely financial reports and projections for decision-making.

This is a full time, work-from-office position based in Taliparamba, Kannur. Candidates should either be currently residing within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
Record and verify day-to-day financial transactions, receipts, payments, purchases, expenses and journal entries.
Maintain ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
Maintain proper supporting documentation for all transactions.




Monitor branch/company expenses and ensure correct accounting classification.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers.
Verify and process invoices received from suppliers and vendors.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and pending payments.
Reconcile vendor, supplier and customer accounts.
Assist management in maintaining healthy cash-flow discipline.
Financial Statements & Management Reporting
Prepare periodic Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
Develop budgets and financial projections based on historical performance and business plans.
Prepare Actual vs Budget/Projection reports and identify significant variances.
Provide management with explicit financial data to support business decisions.
