About the Role

Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen its digital presence, generate quality leads, and support student admissions through effective digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, analytics, and lead-generation campaigns, preferably within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the university's branding and admission objectives.
Plan campaigns for admissions, courses, events, university achievements, and student engagement.
Identify digital trends and recent opportunities to improve online visibility and reach.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, execute,



and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for student admissions and lead generation.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and audience segmentation.
Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
Coordinate with the admissions team to improve lead quality and conversion.
CRM & Integration Management

Manage and maintain the CRM system for tracking and managing student admission leads.
Ensure timely updating, categorization, assignment, and follow-up of leads within the CRM.
Monitor the complete lead journey from lead generation → counselling → application → admission.
Coordinate with the admissions and IT teams for CRM-related requirements and process improvements.
Manage and monitor integrations between website, landing pages, lead forms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and other lead-generation platforms.
