Yext is seeking a Team Lead, International Accounting to join its growing and energetic International Accounting team. This is a senior, hands-on role that owns statutory accounting, filings, and reporting for a group of Yext's international entities, while reviewing and guiding the team's intercompany and payroll accounting work. This role reports directly to the Sr.



Accounting Manager, International Accounting based in India, with a Staff Accountant as a direct report.

What You'll Do

Maintain and own statutory accounting, filings, and reporting for assigned entities in compliance with Local GAAP and regulatory requirements
Perform and review Local GAAP vs. US GAAP reconciliations for multiple entities, ensuring proper alignment and reporting
Prepare and finalize financial statements (FS) in accordance with local regulations and company policies
Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors; execute audit timelines and prepare and review supporting schedules for audited financial statements
Manage ad-hoc regulatory and government filings, including statutory surveys, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations across assigned entities, ensuring proper recording, reconciliation, and settl
