Job Description About the role:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive current client acquisition for unsecured business loans targeted at Exporters in India exporting to the US and Mexico.
The role involves outbound lead generation, field sales meetings, relationship building with exporters, and developing strong channel partnershipsparticularly with banking channel partnersto generate high-quality business loan leads.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Recent Client Acquisition
Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, referrals, networking).
Conduct field meetings with exporters to understand their working capital requirements.
Pitch unsecured business loan products tailored for exporters shipping to the US/Mexico.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement coordination.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
Channel Partnership Development
Identify and onboard Banking Relationship Managers, Freight Forwarders, Logistics providers, Fintech platforms, and Export Consultants.
Build relationships with relationship managers and branch teams in partner banks.
