We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to support the design, development and enhancement of enterprise SAP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants and business users to deliver scalable, reliable and high-quality solutions within an S/4HANA setting.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design, develop, configure and customise solutions using SAP ABAP.
n
Prepare technical designs for projects and change requests.
n
Develop ABAP Objects, reports, dialog programs, enhancements, interfaces and conversions.
n
Deliver solutions using BADIs, BAPIs, AMDPs, CDS Views and other SAP development technologies.
n
Support S/4HANA implementations and developments using RAP and ABAP Cloud.
n
Apply Clean Core principles and recommend SAP-standard solutions.
n
Troubleshoot and enhance existing SAP functionality.
n
Manage complex developments independently and guide other developers.
n
Conduct testing and quality reviews to minimise post-deployment issues.
n
Identify technical risks,
inefficiencies and improvement prospects.
n
Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to team members.
n

Required Skills and Experience
n
n
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
n
Solid experience delivering projects within SAP technical teams.
n
Experience working as a Technical Developer in a consulting environment.
n
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
n
In-depth knowledge of the RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
n
Strong understanding of Clean Core principles and ABAP Cloud.
n
Proficiency in ABAP Objects, BADIs, BAPIs, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and dialog programming.
n
Strong experience with SAP HANA, AMDPs and CDS Views.
n
Ability to manage complex technical developments independently.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
n
n
n
Experience with Java, Node.js or XSJS would be advantageous.
