We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team in Nagole, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of experience and be a graduate. This is a full time position that requires working from the office.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and providing excellent customer service. You will need to maintain accurate records of interactions and manage leads effectively. You will also follow up with potential clients, address any inquiries, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls: You will initiate conversations with potential customers, explaining our offerings and encouraging them to consider our products or services.
Handling customer inquiries: Responding promptly to questions or concerns from customers is essential to ensure a positive experience.
Maintaining records: Accurate documentation of calls, lead details,



and customer interactions will help track progress and improve strategies.
Collaborating with the sales team: You will work closely with team members to share insights and feedback that can enhance our sales approach.

Applicants should possess robust communication skills, a skilled demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure. You should be a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage time and priorities. Previous sales experience and proficiency in using CRM software will be an advantage.
