We are looking for a dedicated Plant Supervisor with 4 to 10 years of experience to oversee our operations in Samana. This part-time position requires a motivated individual with a strong understanding of plant management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Plant Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations, meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.
Manage Staff: Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring a safe working workplace.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes and quality, implementing improvements as necessary to meet industry standards.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime.
Inventory Management: Keep track of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring the necessary stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted production.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production performance and any incidents, sharing insights with management for continuous improvement.
