We are looking for dedicated female ANM Nurses to join our healthcare team in Ranchi. This full time position is open to freshers who have completed their 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Health Education: Teach patients and their families about health issues, personal hygiene, and care practices, helping them understand the importance of health maintenance.
Assisting Doctors: Support doctors during examinations and treatments, preparing the necessary equipment and ensuring that the patient is at ease.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments, medications, and any changes in the patient's condition to ensure continuity of care.
Infection Control: Implement infection prevention procedures to maintain a safe healthcare environment for both patients and staff.
