The AS400 Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in AS400 technologies and solid analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‐quality technical solutions.

7–14 years of hands-on AS400 development experience with proven delivery of complex projects.
n
Solid expertise in RPG/LE, COBOL/400, CLP/CLLE, SQL, DB2/400 and AS400 tooling ecosystem.
n
Practical exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models, with solid experience using JIRA.
n
Demonstrated problem‐solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
n
High level of ownership, customer focus, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
