As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in a agile environment. Your main responsibilities include:
Assisting with Recruitment: Help source candidates by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and organizing interviews to find the right talent for the organization.
Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and assist in updating HR databases to ensure all information is accurate and current.
Conducting Surveys: Help in designing and conducting employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Participating in HR Projects: Engage in various HR projects, supporting initiatives like training programs, team-building events, or policy development.
