Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide guidance on suitable options.
Document Preparation: Collect and organize necessary documents required for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Application Filing: Assist clients in completing visa applications and submit them to the relevant authorities on behalf of the clients.
Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about current immigration laws and regulations to ensure all advice is up-to-date and compliant.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Record Keeping:



Maintain detailed records of client cases and applications for future reference and compliance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade and possess solid communication skills for effective client interactions. A basic understanding of immigration processes and regulations is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Candidates should be proactive, organized, and possess valuable problem-solving skills.
