We are looking for a Ground Staff Executive to join our team in Gaya, India. This position is ideal for freshers who have completed at least their 10th grade and are eager to start a career in the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent assistance to passengers at the airport, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their travel experience.
Ticketing and Reservations: Assist passengers with ticket bookings, cancellations, and changes. Ensure accurate processing of all transactions and provide explicit information regarding travel itineraries.
Safety and Security: Help maintain safety regulations by ensuring that all luggage is checked for security compliance. Address any security-related issues in accordance with established protocols.
Coordination with Airlines: Work alongside airline staff and other ground personnel to ensure smooth operations at the airport. Communicate effectively to resolve any customer or operational issues that may arise.
