We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with a passion for customer service and aviation.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Baggage Handling: Safely manage passenger luggage, including loading and unloading onto aircraft, while maintaining records and ensuring all bags are accounted for.
Safety Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
Coordination with Airlines: Communicate effectively with airline staff to relay important information to passengers and enhance operational efficiency.
Information Desk Support: Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other services available at the airport.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally some experience in customer service or a related role. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members. A friendly attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are key, as airport operations can be rapid-paced. Attention to detail is critical, especially in handling passenger baggage and safety procedures. Candidates must be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the travel demands of passengers.
