Ensure proper positioning, focus, and configuration of cameras for optimal surveillance.
Upgrade systems when needed, including firmware updates or current devices.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
Work with clients to understand security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow safety procedures and industry standards during installation work.
Provide training to clients on system operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
