Key Responsibilities:

Baggage Handling: Safely manage passenger luggage, ensuring it is appropriately tagged and loaded onto the correct flights while assisting with lost or damaged baggage claims.
Customer Service: Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airline policies, ensuring a pleasant and informative setting.
Emergency Situations: Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations with efficiency and professionalism, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Required Skills and Expectations:
