Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sales Team: Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals to increase revenue and market penetration.
Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
