Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, tax terms, and various sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.

n

Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates.

n

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.

n

Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication skills, work authorization, and overall fit.

n

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

n





Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

n

Negotiate compensation/rates and facilitate offer discussions.

n

Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive IT professionals.

n

Track candidate progress and update ATS/CRM systems regularly.

n

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.

n

Ensure timely submissions and meet recruitment targets and SLAs.

n

Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, visa policies, and staffing practices.

Required Skills

n

n

Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.

n

Strong understanding of US work authorizations.

n

Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

n

Hands-on experience with job portals , ATS and CRM tools.

n

Experience working with MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners.

n

Strong sourcing skills using Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
