We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM/SAM Developer with solid hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB . The candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, implementation, enhancement and support of HAM/SAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions.
Work on HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
Manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
Configure software models, entitlements, licenses and compliance.
Work on software license reconciliation and optimization.
Integrate HAM/SAM with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery .
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows and Flow Designer.
Develop and maintain asset-related reports, dashboards and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve HAM/SAM technical issues.
Perform asset and CI reconciliation and data normalization.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
Develop integrations with third-party asset management and discovery systems.
Ensure accurate asset data and alignment between Assets, CIs and CMDB .
Work closely with technical teams to deliver HAM/SAM enhancements.
