Minimum 5+ years of skilled software development experience.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Robust experience in C++ for native Windows development.

Solid knowledge of Win32 API and MFC.

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and MSBuild.
n
Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing/legacy Windows applications.
n
Understanding of hardware‐interfacing or system‐level software.
n
Strong problem‐solving and debugging skills.
n
Positive communication, reporting, and time‐management skills.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Experience using TDD (Test‐Driven Development) methodologies.

Experience with Azure DevOps tools.

Experience with databases or structured data storage.
