Key Roles &Responsibilities;
Drive recent businessacquisitionsacross corporate and large?market clients in Karnataka.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with top brokers, large corporates, risk managers, and key decision?makers.
Conduct quarterly business reviews, pipeline updates, and conversion discussions with broker leadership.
Monitor portfolio metrics including premium growth, hit ratios, renewal retention, pricing discipline, and loss ratios.
Identify adverse trends and collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to maintain healthy portfolio performance.
Ensure business quality through governance and adherence to the organization’s risk appetite.
Lead high?value and complex deals in collaboration with underwriting and senior management.
Support customized solutions for large clients across Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Employee Advantages, and Specialty Lines.
Partner with underwriting, claims, operations teams to ensuretimelyresolutionof corporate claims,risk assessments, product positioning, rate adequacy, and deal approvals.
Build sales capability through training, market exposure, and performance coaching.
Provide insights to leadership on new opportunities, potential risks, and emerging customer needs.




Maintainaccuratereporting, dashboards, forecast plans, and business reviews for leadership.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, internal compliance frameworks, anddistributorgovernance.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Relevant certifications in insurance (III, ACII, CPCU) are an advantage.

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;
12-18years of experience in corporate or commercial insurance sales.
Proven experience managing large corporate/broker portfolios in major markets.
Strong sales leadership and strategic thinking.
Excellent negotiation and relationship?management abilities.
Deep understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
Solid stakeholder management across brokers, clients, underwriting, and claims.
High executive presence, communication skills, and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage large teams, complex pipelines, and fast?paced operations.
Analytical mindset witha focuson profitability, governance, and portfolio discipline.
