Open to consider robust candidates from both Law Firms and In-House Legal teams, with relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Fintech, Financial Regulatory or related financial-services legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise banks, NBFCs, fintech companies and financial institutions on banking and financial services laws and regulations.
• Handle matters involving digital lending, payment systems, payment aggregators, wallets, prepaid instruments and other fintech products.
• Advise on RBI regulations, FEMA, KYC/AML, outsourcing, digital lending and regulatory compliance.
• Work on secured & unsecured lending, debt financing and structured finance transactions.
• Draft and review loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents, financing arrangements and fintech-related contracts.
• Advise fintech businesses on business models, product launches, regulatory licensing and regulatory applicability.
• Assist with regulatory audits, inspections, investigations and responses to regulatory authorities.
• Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence for investments, acquisitions,



strategic partnerships and fintech transactions.
• Collaborate with Corporate, M&A;, Private Equity, Technology, Data Privacy and Dispute Resolution teams on cross-practice matters.
• Monitor developments in RBI regulations, circulars, notifications and financial-sector regulations.
• Prepare regulatory opinions, legal memoranda and client advisories on complex banking and fintech matters.
