Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on development experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JSF, Hibernate, SQL, and Tomcat .
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a small team environment and willing to contribute to business activities along with core development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE .
Design and develop applications using Spring and Spring Boot .
Work extensively with JSF for application development and maintenance.
Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Hibernate and SQL .
Deploy and manage applications using Apache Tomcat .
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate effectively within a small development team.
Support business activities in addition to development responsibilities.
Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of applications.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of overall Java development experience
2+ years of hands-on JSF experience – Mandatory
Solid hands-on experience in Java, Spring & Spring Boot
Experience with Hibernate
Robust knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL
Experience with Apache Tomcat
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on development experience is mandatory
Candidate Requirements
Must be willing to work 5 days from office in Chennai
Must be comfortable working in the UK shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Should be comfortable working in a small team setup
Should be willing to support business activities along with development work
Candidates should be based in South India
Interview Process
3 Levels of Interview
For candidates based in Chennai, the final discussion will be conducted in person at the Chennai office .
