Key Responsibilities
Classroom Instruction: Deliver vibrant, age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children.
Lesson Planning: Design, prepare, and implement creative lesson plans, interactive activities, and visual teaching aids.
Student Progress Tracking: Monitor, assess, and document each child’s development and academic progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
Student Welfare: Maintain a secure, hygienic, and nurturing classroom workplace; actively supervise students to ensure their emotional and physical well-being.
Parent Collaboration: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss child progress and build solid school-home partnerships.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), or a relevant Subject Degree.
Certification: Qualified CTET, TET, or STET, is an added advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect gently with children and professionally with parents.
Core Attributes: High emotional intelligence, patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
