Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.What You’ll Do ?Listen, Analyse & Audit: Review sales calls, chats and customer interactions to evaluate quality, process adherence and sales effectiveness.Catch the Gaps: Identify missed opportunities, incorrect information, process deviations and areas where our sales conversations can be stronger.Score What Matters: Create and maintain call-quality audits and scorecards based on defined sales and customer experience parameters.Keep Data Honest: Cross-check sales claims, CRM updates, dispositions and outcomes to ensure what’s recorded matches what actually happened.Spot Patterns:



Identify recurring issues across the sales team and turn them into meaningful insights.Coach Through Insights: Work closely with Sales Managers and the team to highlight improvement areas and recommend practical solutions.Be the Quality Gatekeeper: Ensure sales conversations meet Voy’s standards for accuracy, compliance, customer experience and process.Report & Recommend: Share regular audit reports with clear observations, trends and recommendations — not just spreadsheets full of numbers.What We’re Looking For ?2-4 years of experience in Sales Auditing, Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, Customer Experience or a similar role.Strong listening and analytical skills — you notice the “small things”.Comfortable working with large volumes of calls, conversations and data.Strong understanding of sales processes and customer journeys.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets and audit/reporting tools.Ability to give direct, objective and constructive feedback.High attention to detail with a robust sense of ownership.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
