This role will be responsible for business growth, customer relationships, delivery operations, financial performance, and leadership development.The ideal candidate should have experience managing a large global engineering organization with 1,500 or more employees.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete profit and loss (P&L;) of the Transportation & Mobility business.Own revenue, EBITDA, profit margins, and cash flow targets.Win new customers, especially in the USA.Grow existing customer relationships across the UK, GCC, USA, Europe, and India.Build strong relationships with CXOs, engineering leaders, and GCC heads.Lead global delivery teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.Improve employee utilization, productivity, operational efficiency,



and customer satisfaction.Expand services in:AI and Digital EngineeringEmbedded EngineeringSoftware EngineeringMechanical EngineeringDevelop and grow strategic customer accounts.Build a strong leadership team and create a high-performance work culture.Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, analyst discussions, and partner forums.Identify new business opportunities in the Automotive, Mobility, and Rail industries.Required Qualifications and Experience20+ years of experience in Engineering Services, Digital Engineering, Technology Services, or a related field.Experience managing a large global delivery organization, preferably with 1,500+ employees.Proven experience managing a large business P&L.Strong; background in revenue growth, profitability, delivery management, and customer success.Proven ability to win new clients and grow strategic accounts.Solid relationships with Automotive, Mobility, Rail, and Transportation companies.Experience working with customers in the USA and Europe.Good understanding of Embedded, Mechanical, Software, Digital Engineering, and AI services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Engineering degree is required.MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.Key Success MeasuresSuccess in this role will be measured by the ability to:Achieve revenue, EBITDA, margin, and cash flow targets.Win new customers in the USA.Grow existing accounts and expand managed services and GCC business.Improve customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.Improve delivery quality, utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.Expand services in AI, Digital, Embedded, and Software Engineering.Build a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
