This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will work alongside experienced engineers on real plant operations.What You Will Do⚙️ Installation & Commissioning SupportAssist engineers and technicians during equipment installation, piping layout, and field activitiesObserve and learn alignment, basic instrumentation checks, and mechanical assembly methodsHelp prepare tools, materials, and work areas before installation beginsSupport routine tasks during testing — pressure tests, leak checks, and basic measurements?️ Safety & ComplianceEnsure PPE usage and follow safety guidelines during all field activitiesAssist in setting up barricading, signage, and protected access pathsParticipate in toolbox talks to understand site hazards and safety proceduresReport any unsafe condition to technician or engineer immediately? Vendor & Team CoordinationAssist technician in guiding contractor manpower for simple tasksSupport vendor teams in arranging work platforms, tools,



and consumablesCommunicate basic updates to technician or engineer as required? Documentation & ReportingHelp record daily material movement — pipes, fittings, toolsMaintain simple checklists under supervisionRecord field observations, measurements, and simple inspection notesAssist in updating as-built drawings by marking field changesMaintain learning logs, training attendance, and skill development recordsWho Can Apply✅ 2025 B.E. / B.Tech pass out — Fresh Graduate ONLY ✅ Disciplines: Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Industrial Engineering ✅ Provisional Certificate mandatory at time of joining ✅ Candidates who have NOT done any apprenticeship or GAT in any other company ✅ Willing to work on shop floor and field activities ✅ Based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Oragadam❌ Not Eligible If:Already completed GAT / Apprenticeship in any other companyDo not have provisional certificatePass out year is before 2025What We Offer?
