Finance Controller | NetSuite | RemoteWe are looking for an experienced Finance Controller with robust hands-on accounting and NetSuite experience to take ownership of core accounting operations, company-level accounting, and financial consolidation.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working directly in NetSuite, managing accounting controls, reviewing and approving transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end close, and handling complex company-level and consolidation accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesNetSuite / General AccountingApprove journal entries and billsApprove and manage vendor setup and approvalsReconcile bank accountsRevalue foreign exchange accountsClose accounting periodsUpload and maintain new accounts, FX rates, and other accounting data in NetSuiteReconcile balances between Abacus and NetSuite while the NetSuite implementation is being completedCompany-Level AccountingReconcile payroll liability accountsRecord and account for equity activity, including grants, exercises, expirations, conversions, issuances, and capital raisesRecord and analyze changes in fair value of warrant liabilities and public investmentsReconcile intercompany balancesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies across accounts and entitiesConsolidation & Financial ReportingConsolidate existing entities and newly acquired companiesManage accounting for acquisitions, deconsolidations, wind-ups,
