We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, financial statement preparation, and accounting principles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Handle Direct Tax and Indirect Tax activities and ensure timely statutory compliance.Prepare and review financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections and monitor actuals against budget.Analyze financial data and provide insights on variances, trends, and business performance.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders during audits and statutory requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations,



and company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.Strong experience in financial statement preparation.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. Preferred QualificationsExperience in a corporate or multinational organization.Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.Location: Bangalore – Manyata Tech Park Experience: 7–12 Years Employment Type: Full time
