Business Development – Influencer Marketing, LehLahExperience: 3–4 YearsLocation: Mumbai & BangaloreAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development executive to drive the acquisition and onboarding of new brands for LehLah's influencer marketing business. The role involves identifying potential brands, building relationships with key decision-makers, pitching LehLah's solutions, and converting opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new brands across relevant categories for influencer marketing campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with brand, marketing, digital, and media teams.Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and other channels.Understand brand objectives and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.Prepare proposals, commercials,



and presentations in coordination with internal teams.Negotiate commercials and close deals in line with business targets.Coordinate with campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the creator economy.Key KPIsNew brands onboardedRevenue generated from new brandsSales pipeline and conversion rateNumber/value of campaigns closedAverage deal sizeClient retention and repeat businessWhat We're Looking For3–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Brand Partnerships.Experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, AdTech or MarTech preferred.Strong network among brand/marketing decision-makers will be an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Robust commercial acumen and target-oriented approach.High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
