This is an excellent chance for freshers who are genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Sales & Business Development in the latest technologiesThe role will primarily involve working on provided business data, identifying and segregating relevant prospects, connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesSegregate and organize the provided customer/prospect data based on relevant criteria.Conduct outbound calls to prospects from the assigned database.Introduce the company and its products/services to potential customers in a professional manner.Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.Qualify leads based on their requirements, interest, and potential.Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and meeting details.Update lead status and activity in the CRM or designated tracking system.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and meeting-generation targets.Continuously improve communication, sales,



and customer-handling skills.RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.Solid English communication skills are mandatory, both verbal and written.Good interpersonal and conversational skills.Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.Willingness to make outbound calls and work towards sales-related targets.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and other computer applications.Good listening and presentation skills.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle rejection professionally.Candidates should be genuinely interested in building a career in Sales / Business Development.Location EligibilityCandidates from the Western Mumbai region only are eligible to apply, as this is a work-from-office position based in Andheri West, Mumbai.
