Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
. Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for cloud and serverless applications.
. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or similar tools.
. Monitor applications running on AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions, etc.
. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to cold starts, execution time, concurrency, scaling, and resource utilisation.
. Use AWS CloudWatch, Lambda Insights, Datadog, New Relic, or similar tools for performance monitoring.
. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and work closely with Development and SRE teams.
. Create performance dashboards, reports, and optimisation recommendations.
. Support API, microservices, and large-scale serverless load testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer / IT
. 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering.
. Robust hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies, especially AWS Lambda.
. Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
. Strong understanding of serverless performance, scalability, concurrency, and resource optimisation.
. Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar scripting/programming languages.
. Experience with cloud infrastructure, API testing, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
. Experience in serverless performance monitoring and CI/CD integration.
