Job Title: Operations Associate (Australia Region)

Work Hours: 9 Rotational (Non-Negotiable); 5.5 days per week

Shift Timings: 7 AM- 4 PM, 9 AM- 6 PM, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Experience Level: 0–2 Years

Compensation: Upto ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead Conversion:

- Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

2- Customer Interaction:

- Understand students unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.

3- Market Expertise:

- Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.

4- Follow-Up:

- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.





5- Collaboration:

- Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

6- Data Management:

- Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.

7- Target Achievement:

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

What We're Looking For:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
- Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Graduate with at least 60% in academics is a plus
